Explain the effect of the korean buddhism and relevant culture
Buddhism has been the state religion of many countries in korean peninsula since the three kingdom period.
불교는 삼국시대 이래로 한반도의 많은 나라들의 국교였습니다.
That is why we have many temples all around the country. Buddhism often unified people's mind and make people bonded together to against foreign power.
때문에 이것이 대한민국 전국에 많은 절이 있는 이유입니다. 불교는 국가 위기 시 사람들의 마음을 하나로 뭉쳐주었고 외세의 힘에 대항하여 사람들을 결속시켰습니다.
So there are lots of cultural heritages related with Buddhism like Bulguksa (불국사) temple, Seokgulam (석굴암) grotto, Tripitaka koreana wood block, Korean mountain monasteries and so on.
그래서 불국사, 석굴암, 팔만대장경, 한국의 산사 등 불교와 관련된 많은 문화유산이 있습니다.
Especially In the Goryeo (고려) dynasty, Buddhism was the national ruling ideology and inspired the mind of people praying to the Buddha in order to overcome the national crisis by creating the Tripitaka twice.
특히 고려 시대에는 불교가 국가 통치 이념이었고, 팔만대장경을 두 번 만들어 국난을 극복하기 위해 부처님께 기도하는 마음을 고취시켰습니다.
