Gangneung danoje festival is annual festival which takes place in the town of Gangneung and its surrounding which is on the east side of korea. around 5th day of the 5th month.
강릉단오제는 음력 5월 5일 한국의 동쪽인 강릉과 그 주변에서 열리는 연례행사입니다.
One of the specific features of the festival is the coexistence of Confucian, shamanistic and Buddhist rituals. Through the rituals, the region is believed to remain unaffected by natural disasters, allowing all its residents to live in peace and prosperity.
축제의 눈에 띄는 특징 중 하나는 유교, 무속, 불교 의식의 공존입니다. 이 의식을 통해 자연 재해의 영향을 받지 않고, 모든 주민들이 평화롭고 번영하며 살 수 있다고 믿습니다.
Many men and women of all ages attend the festival and actively participate in events such as making Danoje festival fans, making traditional liquor, drawing masks for the Gwanno Mask Drama, preparing and eating Surichiwi rice crackers and washing their hair in Iris water. That is, the goal of Gangneung danoje festival is to overcome sense of social difference.
축제에는 남녀노소 많은 사람들이 참석하여 단오제 부채 만들기, 전통주 만들기, 관노가면극 탈 그림 그리기, 수리취 떡 만들기 및 먹기, 청포물로 머리 감기 등의 행사에 적극적으로 참여합니다. 즉, 강릉단오제의 목표는 사회적 차이를 극복하는 것입니다.
